How I Track My Daily Dose Shake

Because results are built through habits nobody claps for. One thing I’ve learned lately is that consistency is a lot less glamorous than people make it seem online.

Most transformation stories aren’t built from one dramatic moment.

They’re built from:

  • daily choices

  • repeated habits

  • tiny disciplines

  • showing up even when motivation disappears

That’s exactly why I started tracking my wellness journey more intentionally. Not to obsess over perfection. Not toooo become restrictive. But like also pick your hard! Not to create pressure and know your limits. But to stay aware of how I actually feel.

Why Tracking Matters

According to BODi, creating consistent healthy habits over time can help support long-term wellness goals. Their Daily Shakeology Tracker encourages users to monitor things like:

  • energy

  • mood

  • cravings

  • consistency

  • digestion

  • daily habits

I think people underestimate how powerful that awareness can be. Because progress doesn’t always show up physically first.

Sometimes it shows up as:

  • better energy

  • fewer cravings

  • improved routines

  • mental clarity

  • feeling more disciplined

  • feeling proud of yourself again

Those wins matter too. My Personal Wellness Accountability System

One thing that’s helped me stay focused is using the BODi App to track my daily Shakeology habit and wellness routines.

But 4realzzz?
The biggest thing helping me stay accountable has been my private Instagram wellness diary:
@mydailydiscipline_

That account isn’t about being perfect. It’s not curated influencer wellness culture.

It’s simply a space where I document:

  • discipline

  • routines

  • workouts

  • nutrition

  • becoming more intentional

  • learning consistency as a self-employed creative freelancer

A quiet little accountability corner of the internet. Having somewhere to visually document the journey has helped me stay more connected to my goals.

Wellness Happens Slowly, I think social media makes people believe transformation should happen instantly.

But real wellness usually looks much slower than that.

One healthy shake.
One workout.
One better choice.
One consistent week.
Then another.

That’s how habits are built. The Wannabe Way has never been about becoming perfect overnight. It’s about becoming someone you can trust.

Someone who:

  • keeps promises to herself

  • prioritizes wellness

  • builds discipline gently

  • learns consistency slowly

  • creates routines that support her future

And honestly? I think that’s the real glow-up.

Not chasing perfection.
Just becoming more intentional one day at a time.

Even if it starts with checking off one healthy shake a day.
